FULL PACKAGE
From the ground up, A|W|E will help bring your wedding vision to life.We will make sure the planning stays on timeline, coordinate or suggest vendors, manage all communication between the vendors, and so much more! We will help you create a design that reflects your style and needs, but also making sure it fits within your budget. A|W|E will be the main point of contact. Therefore, you can fully be present at your wedding to soak in your special day!
HALF IN, HALF OUT
This is the package for you if you have made it through the major steps in your wedding planning, but are starting to feel overwhelmed and need some help. This package is the middle ground between full service and "day of" planner. We will help make sure that everything regarding vendors are on schedule and help fill in the blanks. Near the 2 month mark we will take over all communication and create wedding day timelines.
"DAY OF" PLANNER
"Day of" planner = month of planner. This package is for you if all the planning is complete, but you need help making sure the day is executed to perfection. A|W|E takes over all communication with the vendors the month leading up to the event, creates timelines, and assists with set up/tear down with all events of the wedding weekend. Of course, we will be available for any needed suggestions or answer any questions along the way.
